Exchange & Returns Policy

Refund/ Exchange policy:

• Packages are allowed to be opened.

• Sending more than one item to choose between them unfortunately is not an option.

• Refund allows only on the spot while the courier is still at your place.

• Exchanges are done within 3 days Only after receiving the order.

• Shipping fees should be paid in all cases.

• Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• In case of receiving a defective item, we are responsible for exchanging it for another one, without any additional shipping fees.

• Items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
